Just 2 - as usual for the first few months after a long holiday to the Uk I'm feeling photo overdose.

April 2008 photos

Not many photos this month, as the camera was in for a service for a couple of weeks.

One of the things we like about Sarah's kindergarten is the way that all children give regular performances, building up their confidence of standing up in front of a group. Here are Sarah and classmate Wong Pui-Wah giving their April performance - dancing along to the 'We are ready' Olympic theme song:

Sarah is one of the youngest in the class, and the tallest! Watch the rest of the class dancing along too.

March 2008 photos

Featuring Doris, Cheuk-Wan, Kam, Christy, Lara, Victoria, Maya, Barney, Boots, Ashley, Tony, Ting-Ting, Yan-Yan, tadpoles and a toad.

Bubble bubble

Something different in the bath last night:

This isn't some new punishment, or treatment for asthma - Sarah is demonstrating her new 'put my face in the water and blow bubbles' skill, learned that morning in her first swimming lesson.

Of course we've been suggesting she'd like to try blowing bubbles for the last two years, without any success. But just a few minutes in the pool with 'teacher', and she's away!

Plants on the walk down from the Peak

Sarah and David walked down from the Peak to Pok Fu Lam reservoir on a foggy day, and saw these plants. We saw some tadpoles and shrimps in the stream too.
